About the Role
Development, verification, and documentation of the parameters for the intended cable design
Oversight of individual working steps quality of work in compliance with defined assembly process
Creation of comprehensive assembly and risk assessment documentation and ensuring safe work environment
Coordination of laboratory tests to verify successful parameterization
Coordination of final verification tests (mechanical and electrical)
Coordination of material procurement, personnel deployment, assembly and test installation, coordination with other engineers and departments
Continuous improvement of equipment and process.
Requirements
Experience: No specific experience required
Education: Bachelor or Masters degree in Materials Science or Electrical Engineering preferred; basic knowledge in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering is advantageous
Foreign Language Skills:
English proficiency (intermediate level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Additional Requirements:
Eager to learn and quick to grasp new concepts; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools; excellent communication and collaboration skills; proficient in English; ability to work independently.
