About the Role
Offshore Wind Process Projects: Execute and participate in projects related to offshore wind energy processes.
Equipment Capability Assessment & Process Flow Planning: Assess equipment engineering capabilities and plan optimal process flows.
Standardized Process Development: Establish standardized production processes and implement innovative manufacturing methods.
Green Energy & Smart Grid Analysis: Analyze applications for green energy and smart grids, incorporating insights into internal product design.
Requirements
Experience: No experience required.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering.
Language Skills:
English: Intermediate proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Taiwanese Hokkien: Intermediate proficiency.
Advanced proficiency in Mandarin.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Experience in production process planning and improvement is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Basic understanding of mechanical processing, with experience in factory setup or equipment installation preferred.
Familiarity with basic principles of mechanical or electrical control equipment and ability to work independently.
TOEIC score of 600 or above.
