About the Role
Product Carrier Planning: Responsible for selecting and planning product carriers, evaluating loading/unloading solutions to ensure efficient carrier use and production stability.
Process Layout Design: Optimize equipment layout to ensure smooth production flow and efficient space utilization.
Equipment Installation & Adjustment: Oversee equipment installation, modifications, relocation, and precise positioning to ensure smooth operation and alignment with production needs.
Production Equipment Maintenance & Management: Manage spare parts, maintain equipment operations, and implement improvement plans to ensure maximum safety and production efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Language Skills:
English: Intermediate proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Taiwanese Hokkien: Intermediate proficiency.
Advanced proficiency in Mandarin.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Skilled in maintenance of mechanical processing equipment and technical drawing.
Additional Requirements:
Basic understanding of mechanical processing and ability to work independently.
TOEIC score of 550 or above.
Availability for shift work once operational (no shifts during factory setup phase).
Accommodation provided; must be willing to train in New Taipei City with work based in Kaohsiung.
