About the Role
Establish and maintain a quality management system and define key quality metrics.
Develop quality control processes, measurement methods, and standards for the manufacturing workflow.
Execute various sampling inspections and routine tests for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Perform acceptance inspections for each stage/item of project orders.
Manage non-conforming products and raw materials, handle customer complaints, and conduct root cause investigations, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with the R&D department on new material development, testing, and analysis of non-conformance issues.
Manage and calibrate all company instruments, measuring tools, and critical production equipment instrumentation.
Formulate departmental work plans and manage team members.
Requirements
Experience:
8+ years experiences,
Experience in quality control of high-voltage (66kV and above) terrestrial and submarine power cables; knowledge of high-voltage testing is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Major: Electrical and Electronic Maintenance
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
